Below you will find a list of values from which you can choose your core values.

Here is a step-by-step plan to help you in this process:

Go through the entire list and check all the values that personally resonate with you (as many as you like). Reduce this list to a maximum of 8. Then choose 3 that best fit you as a person, which you consider to be the core values in your life. Write down these values and keep them in a place where you regularly look at them (refrigerator, computer, phone, etc.).
